Terms & participation conditions

Valid for the opening week 10–17 April 2027 · Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to participation in guided enduro tours by Onlydirtfans (owner Lukas Hagen, Vierhausstraße 92, 44807 Bochum, Germany), hereinafter "the organiser", in particular the opening week from 10 to 17 April 2027 in Isoma, Greece.

1. Conclusion of contract

A request via the website is non-binding. After a phone call we send an offer by e-mail. The contract is concluded when the participant accepts the offer and the deposit is received.

2. Services

The scope of services follows the description on the website at the time of booking, in particular: accommodation in a twin room with breakfast, guided riding days, food and drinks as described, support vehicle, use of garage and workshop, shuttle. Not included: travel, motorcycle, wear and spare parts, insurance, single-room supplement (€250).

3. Prices and payment

The opening price is €1,290 per person and applies exclusively to the week of 10–17 April 2027. A 30 % deposit is due on conclusion of the contract, the balance four weeks before the start. If the balance is not received on time, the organiser may withdraw from the contract after a reminder with a grace period and charge cancellation fees under section 5.

4. Participation requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old and need: a valid category A driving licence, a road-registered enduro motorcycle with plates and valid third-party liability insurance (Green Card for all countries on the route and Greece), full protective gear (helmet, boots, body armour, gloves, goggles) and off-road riding experience at the stated level. The organiser may exclude participants who do not meet these requirements or whose riding level endangers the group from all or part of the riding programme; no refund is due in that case.

5. Cancellation by the participant

Cancellation is possible at any time by e-mail. The following flat cancellation fees apply, based on the total price:

The participant may prove that no loss or a lower loss was incurred. Until the start the participant may name a substitute who meets the requirements of section 4; no cancellation fee is then charged. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

6. Cancellation and changes by the organiser

The tour runs with a minimum of 6 participants. If this number is not reached 6 weeks before the start, the organiser may cancel; all payments made will be refunded in full and no further claims exist. The organiser may also cancel or change stages if weather, forest-fire closures, official orders or other circumstances beyond its control prevent safe operation. Changes to individual stages with an equivalent replacement do not entitle the participant to a price reduction.

7. Obligations of the participant

The participant rides their own motorcycle at their own responsibility. They follow the guides' instructions, comply with traffic rules and closures, ride sober, do not leave marked trails and disclose any health limitations before the start. Damage to the participant's own motorcycle and damage caused by the participant to third parties is borne by the participant.

8. Liability

Off-road enduro riding involves significant risks (falls, injury, damage to the motorcycle). The participant takes part in full knowledge of these risks. The organiser is liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty by the organiser or its agents, and for other damage in cases of intent or gross negligence. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The organiser is not liable for damage resulting from the participant's own riding, from defects in the participant's motorcycle or equipment.

9. Insurance

The participant must hold travel health insurance including repatriation and accident insurance covering off-road motorsport. The organiser holds business liability insurance.

10. Photos and video

Photos and videos are taken during the tour. The participant consents to the use of recordings in which they are recognisable for the organiser's website, social media and advertising. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by e-mail; already published material will then be removed where possible.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. If the participant is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. Last updated: September 2026.
