This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) in server log files to deliver the site and ensure its security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Netlify is certified, and the EU standard contractual clauses. Log files are deleted after 30 days. When you request a spot via the form, we process the data you enter: name, phone number, e-mail address, bike, riding level, group size, message and the language of the page. The data is transmitted to us and stored via Netlify Forms (provider see section 2); we also receive it by e-mail in a Google Workspace mailbox (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
The purpose is to handle your request, call you back and prepare an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). We keep the data until your request has been fully processed; if a booking is made, statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law apply (up to 10 years). If no booking is made, we delete the request no later than 12 months after the last contact.
We use statistics and marketing tools only if you have consented via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). We store your decision in your browser's local storage (key "odf_consent") so that the banner does not reappear. Without consent no statistics or advertising cookies are set and the site works fully. With your consent we use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. The pixel sets cookies and records that you visited our site and, if applicable, sent a request (events "PageView" and "Lead"). This allows us to measure the success of ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show visitors of our site relevant ads there (retargeting). If you are logged in to Meta, Meta can link the visit to your account. We and Meta are joint controllers for the collection and transmission (Art. 26 GDPR); further processing by Meta is Meta's sole responsibility. Our site contains links to our Instagram profile. Data is only transmitted to Meta when you click a link; visiting our site alone does not trigger any transfer.
